Tasting notes: Ruby red colour with garnet hues, hints of ripe red fruit, cherry liqueur, spices and chocolate. The taste is balanced, structured and dry. No residual sugar.
Food pairings: Beef meat, particular dishes beautifully prepared by talented chefs, or special homemade experiments, in which you must preserve delicate notes in the pot.
For its Apulian origins, it goes well with pasta dishes with rich meat sauces, made with tomatoes from the Tavoliere delle Puglie.

 The sea and mountains of the “Terre del Gargano” characterize the organic vineyards grown by the Losito family for three generations.

Organic red wine made from Primitivo grapes (a.k.a. Zinfandel), grown in the warm and dry environment of the Terre del Gargano (Gargano Lands), Italy.
With a low production per hectare we obtain grapes rich in aromatic substances and polyphenols that give the wine consistence. Our winemaking for this grape follows the EU organic wines protocol, which are careful to preserve the distinctive aromas of this grape variety.

It is suited with pasta dishes with meat tomato sauces, pork and lamb cooked in the oven or stew, red meat and venison stew with tasty seasoned goat’s cheese and spicy food.
