To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the opening of the first Eataly store, the headquarters of Rome for ten days will alternate 10 Star Chefs that will propose dishes that made them famous.

On January 25th our Apulia organic wines will exclusively accompany the dishes of Massimiliano Mascia, Starred Chef and heir of Ristorante San Domenico, who founded the haute cuisine in Italy.

Our Organic Fiano and Organic Nero di Troia will accompany shrimp tails in crust of corn flakes, spinach with sesame, mousseline with balsamic vinegar and sour coriander.

Throughout the day of 25, 26 and 27 January we will personally make you taste our wines in the wine area of ​​Eataly Roma, telling you about our family history, our philosophy of production and some curiosities.

The festivities culminate with the cutting of the cake on the 27th of  January, accompanied by sparkling wine.

The path of Massimiliano Mascia begins at age 14 for 5 years, until the hotel diploma, alternates the presence in the kitchen with his studies and, after the school begins his travels in order to expand their knowledge of raw materials, techniques and flavors. Of its curriculum we cite in particular the Italian experience at Restaurant VIssani and the Roman restaurant in Viareggio, the US Fiamma Osteria in New York and the French before the Bastide Saint Antoine and finally in Paris at the court of the multi-starred Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athenée.
